Also available are large unrooted cuttings of Poplar Beaupre. This poplar is the most attractive host to mistletoe in this area, note these unrooted cuttings are not normally supplied with mistletoe already growing on them but if planted in areas where Mistletoe grows naturally then they are likely to be colonised within a few years.. You can see at the nursery 35 year old specimens of Populus x Beaupre heavily colonised with Mistletoe.
